When I begin with, "God designed this quilt" I can usually read the thoughts of people in their expression. Not this time. But as the story unfolded her expression softened. I could tell the Holy Spirit was stirring in her as she nodded in agreement and began tearing up as His Story unfolded.
By the time I got to his name, Refuge from Storms, sharing the story of this particular block, she was crying.
We all have our own storms to face. You can fill in the blank as to what yours might be. When you are in the midst of a storm, take Refuge in Jesus.
