Ebenezer Church, Brazil, IN
Ebenezer Church in Clay County Indiana has been an instrumental part of my life. It is where my journey began. It is where faith took root.
Ebenezer Church was a family, as much a home as where she raised her nine children. Grandma loved it whenever any one of her twenty-four grandchildren would go to church with her. I am so fortunate that I was able to go with her often.
Tom and I were married in this little church. When our boys were born we had each of them dedicated to the Lord in the little Ebenezer Church. It is where our parents (and my aunts and uncles), have gone to church for years.. Our Mothers seldom miss a Sunday service unless they are sick.
I am thankful for the roots of my faith that are so deeply embedded at Ebenezer. Maybe sharing the Immanuel Quilt was a way to show my gratitude for this special place.
